About the Role
As a Patient Service Representative, you will be responsible for conducting patient enrollment, verifying insurance, arranging delivery of medications, and providing patient care. You will also document call information, utilize escalation channels to resolve issues, and maintain confidentiality of patient information while collaborating with various teams.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Customer service or inbound call center experience required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus.
Preferred:
- Appropriate industry experience is necessary.
- A passion for providing top-notch patient care.
- Ability to work with peers in a team effort and cross-functionally.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software.
