About the Role
As a Patient Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to patients from scheduling and pre-registration to MyChart enrollment and visit preparations. You will create a welcoming environment, investigate and resolve patient issues, perform patient registration, and maintain confidential patient information. This position primarily works from 2:30pm to 11:00pm, with potential rotation to 1st shift.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma/GED and two years of experience in patient registration, appointment scheduling, insurance processing or customer service.
- OR Associate’s Degree and one year of experience.
- OR Bachelor’s Degree.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
