About the Role
As a Patient Service Technician, you will be responsible for the delivery and set-up of home medical equipment to patients' homes, including oxygen delivery to hospitals. You will teach patients and caregivers how to operate the equipment, perform repairs, and participate in an on-call rotation for life-saving equipment. Additional duties include shipping products to customers and cleaning returned rental equipment.
