About the Role
As a Patient Services Advocate, you will be responsible for greeting patients, answering incoming calls, guiding patients through registration processes, utilizing patient queuing systems, assisting with patient feedback collection, and accurately recording charges and payments to support billing.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and supportive in busy or stressful situations.
Preferred:
- Two years’ experience in a medical front office or customer service setting.
- Knowledge of medical/insurance billing.
