About the Role
As a Patient Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, answering incoming calls, and communicating effectively with clinic staff. You will work within a team to achieve patient and team goals, facilitating regular staff meetings and resolving conflicts as needed.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1 year of clerical experience in a medical office setting required.
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
Preferred:
- Background/knowledge of government/state and patient assistance programs.
- Working knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office.
