As a Patient Services Coordinator II, you will be responsible for greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, answering calls, and ensuring compliance with the US Oncology Compliance Program. You will also handle patient paperwork, update records, and maintain a professional lobby area.

About You

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft (Outlook, Office Word, and Excel) required.
At least 18 months front medical office receptionist experience with insurance forms and scheduling software required for Level 2.
At least 5 years front medical office receptionist experience with insurance forms and scheduling software required for Senior Level.

Preferred:

Some receptionist or office experience preferred.
Knowledge of practice personnel, daily routines, and scheduling a plus.
