- High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hospital or medical setting preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of select medical software programs including NextGen.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
