About the Role
As a Patient Services Representative, you will be responsible for greeting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, responding to patient inquiries, preparing patient charts, processing checkouts, and maintaining a clean office environment. You will also perform end-of-day tasks and assist with various responsibilities as determined by the office manager and doctors.
About You
Required:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Previous medical office experience.
- Knowledge in medical coding/billing.
