About the Role
As a Patient Services Representative, you will be responsible for greeting, registering, and scheduling patients accurately and timely. Your daily tasks will include checking patients in and out, processing sliding scale applications, and answering phone calls to provide quality customer service. You will also create patient records and handle patient payments.
About You
Required:
- Knowledge of standard office policies and procedures.
- Strong math skills.
- Experience with standard office machines including copier, fax, shredder, multi-line telephone, and printers.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software products.
- Fluency in Spanish.
