About the Role

As a Patient Services Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound patient interactions, scheduling appointments, executing daily workflows, and ensuring accurate patient registration. You will verify insurance information, provide financial counseling, and act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers. Your role will also include training other representatives and maintaining compliance with HIPAA standards.

About You

Required:

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
2+ years of experience in a patient-facing healthcare function or other customer service function.

Preferred:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual is a plus.
Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem resolution skills.
