About the Role
As a Patient Services Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound patient interactions, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and ensuring patient flow through the clinical care process. You will also provide financial counseling, collect payments, and act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers while adhering to HIPAA standards.
About You
Required:
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
- 2+ years of experience in a patient-facing healthcare function or other customer service function.
Preferred:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual is a plus.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
