About the Role
As a Patient Services Representative I, you will be responsible for greeting and checking in patients, accurately entering and verifying insurance information, completing the patient registration process, preparing paperwork for visits, verifying patient benefits, monitoring patient flow, acting as a liaison between patients and staff, scheduling appointments, and performing clerical tasks. You will also ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain a tidy front desk area.
About You
Required:
High school diploma or GED
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
Telephone operator or high call volume experience
