About the Role

As a Patient Services Representative II, you will be responsible for registering patients, obtaining accurate demographic and financial information, and managing appointment scheduling. You will engage with patients to enhance their experience, ensure proper documentation, and assist with referrals and insurance verification. The role requires effective communication and organizational skills to manage patient flow and administrative tasks.

About You

Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Two (2) years of related customer experience, preferably in healthcare.
Experience demonstrating proficiency in scheduling or pre-registering patients.

Preferred:

Prior call center experience.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage changing priorities.
