About You
- H.S. Diploma/GED Equivalent
- 2 Years of Experience in a similar role
- Strong listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Knowledge of patient registration and medical insurance claims procedures
- Experience in a healthcare setting
- Ability to analyze unpaid third-party claims
- Familiarity with the Out of Network process
- Skilled in using personal computers and related software applications
