About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to be empathetic to patient needs.
Preferred:
- 2+ years related experience.
- Prior healthcare experience.
- Knowledge of healthcare insurance plans, medical terminology, and billing processes.
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and insurance verification software.
