Summary

About the Role
As a Patient Services Specialist, you will be responsible for checking in and out patients, scheduling appointments, obtaining insurance information, answering multi-line phone systems, processing referrals, and updating EMR records. You will work closely with a collaborative team to ensure patients receive the highest value care tailored to their needs.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of one (1) year of previous medical front office experience.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, physicians, and other team members.
Preferred:
- Specialty care OBGYN experience.
- Prior Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience, preferably with Epic.
- Familiarity with insurance and referral processes.
