As a Patient Services Specialist, you will be responsible for the overall administration and coordination of patient services, including informing patients about costs, answering telephones, and providing excellent customer service. You will also operate necessary equipment and adhere to departmental policies and procedures while ensuring a safe and effective environment.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or its equivalent.
- 0-2 years of related experience.
Preferred:
- Experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to establish good working relationships.
