About the Role
As a Technical Writer in Patient Support Services, you will collaborate with teams to create and maintain user guides, work instructions, and technical documentation. You will ensure that documentation meets Sanofi's content standards and supports their patient-focused mission. Your responsibilities will include evaluating technical documentation, maintaining version control, and managing user feedback to enhance documentation quality.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, or related field or 5+ years equivalent industry experience.
- 5+ years of experience working in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting.
- 5+ years of experience delivering content publication plans or managing multiple projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Experience working with technical developers, business operations leads, and end users.
Preferred:
- Salesforce Health Cloud experience, certification a plus.
- Experience working with patient support services teams.
- Proficiency in Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira).
- Proven ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority.
- Highly self-directed with the ability to manage projects with minimal direction.
