KellyConnect | Contact Center Solutions is seeking a Patient Support Specialist to join their customer service team in Horsham, PA. The role involves supporting eligible cancer patients and their caregivers throughout their treatment journey.
About the Role
As a Patient Support Specialist, you will manage day-to-day operations of the patient support program, assisting with patient/caregiver eligibility, enrollment, travel logistics, and reimbursement. You will work in a contact center environment with operating hours from 7:30 AM to 8 PM, Monday through Friday, and will be expected to work 8.5 hour shifts. The position operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring 3 days in-office and 2 days remote, and involves rotating shifts.
About You
Required:
- Associate Degree required; B.S. or B.A. degree preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical/medical call center.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to demonstrate patient empathy and support.
Preferred:
- Bilingual capabilities.
- Experience with IT platforms for documenting patient cases.
- Strong financial management skills to reconcile receipts for patient reimbursement.
