About the Role
As a Patient Support Technician, you will assist patients with personal hygiene, nutrition, ambulation, and elimination needs. You will also be responsible for accurately documenting patient vital signs and reporting any abnormal values to the registered nurse. This position requires collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Completion of a Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant course.
- Current CPR Heartsaver certification required.
Preferred:
- Previous nursing assistant, medical assistant, or related experience.
- One year of hospital clerical experience.
- Basic Life Support, Heartsaver certification or higher preferred.
