About the Role
As a Weekend RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising nursing staff, serving as a clinical resource, monitoring resident care plans, responding to emergencies, assisting with staff scheduling, and communicating effectively with department heads. This position requires working every other weekend from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
About You
Required:
- Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
- Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience.
