About the Role
As a Pawnbroker, you will be responsible for creating a consumer-friendly environment, which includes opening and closing cash drawers, merchandising, store maintenance, stocking, pricing, selling, and loaning. You will engage customers in a friendly manner and address any issues to meet the company's high standards. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with the company's Code of Ethics and assist with special projects as assigned by store management.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Strong desire to work with customers and be team-oriented
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate and able to use common office machines
Preferred:
- Cash handling experience
- High energy sales personality with knowledge of jewelry and general merchandise
- Sales experience
