Summary
Techknowledge Group is seeking a Paycor Systems Consultant to join their team remotely. The role involves leading client-facing projects to build, optimize, and support Paycor configurations across various modules.
About the Role
As a Paycor Systems Consultant, you will own the configuration and implementation of Paycor modules including Payroll, Time & Labor, HR, and Benefits. You will support system audits, data validation, and cleanup projects, guide clients through best practices, and build complex system setups. Your role will also involve participating in client calls and vendor coordination as the system expert, translating business needs into effective configurations, and occasionally training clients post-launch.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Paycor.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients or internal stakeholders.
- Experience with multiple implementations or post-go-live support projects.
Preferred:
- Experience in consulting or with a vendor.
- Familiarity with supporting acquisitions or multi-EIN structures.
- Obsessed with clean builds and scalable processes.
