Summary
ECHO, Payments Simplified® is seeking a Payer Integration Manager to join their team in Westlake, OH. The role involves leading and managing the full lifecycle of client implementations and supporting existing clients during major upgrades and system integrations.
About the Role
As a Payer Integration Manager, you will provide operational oversight for client implementations, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. You will lead payer integrations, manage client expectations, track KPIs, and mentor a high-performing team. The role requires designing and improving business practices to enhance operational efficiency and client onboarding experiences.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years in a management or leadership role.
- 5+ years of experience in client implementations or integrations, preferably in the Healthcare insurance, Property & Casualty, and/or Workers Compensation industries.
- Strong understanding of business systems, data-driven workflows, and integration best practices.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and familiarity with reporting tools like Crystal Reports.
- Polished verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies.
- Experience with a health insurer, TPA, or claim processor.
- Experience with Healthcare EDI standards such as 835s.
