About the Role
As a Financial Planning & Analysis Vice President, you will lead the Client Profitability Planning and Analysis team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and execute profitability models. Your responsibilities include designing profitability frameworks, identifying causes of negative profitability, leading analyses for senior management, and preparing financial reporting deliverables.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Qualified accountant or MBA with 6+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry or FP&A experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Deep understanding of revenue and expenses, including allocation rules.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to present complex matters to senior management and stakeholders.
- Strong team-building and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter driven to excel and initiate improvements.
Preferred:
- Proficiency with tools like Cognos, Alteryx, and Tableau.
- Knowledge of capital allocations.
