About the Role
As a Payor Contract Manager, Specialty Pharmacy, you will manage the lifecycle of payor contracts, serve as a subject matter expert on contract terms, track contract expirations and renewals, analyze reimbursement methodologies, partner with finance to resolve discrepancies, translate contract terms into operational requirements, ensure compliance with regulations, and act as the primary contract resource for internal teams.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payor contracting, managed care, or contract administration within specialty pharmacy or health plan environments.
