Summary
Secur-Serv is seeking a Payroll/HRIS Administrator to join their team in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves processing payroll and managing the HRIS system to ensure compliance and accuracy.
About the Role
As a Payroll/HRIS Administrator, you will be responsible for processing biweekly multi-state payroll, ensuring compliance with payroll laws, and managing the HRIS system. Your daily tasks will include entering payroll data, maintaining accurate records, collaborating with the People Team, and providing technical support for HRIS users. You will also assist in audits and work closely with Finance on payroll-related matters.
About You
Required:
- At least five years of end-to-end, independent payroll processing experience.
- Minimum of three years of ADP experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially advanced skills in Excel.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Human Resources Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience developing and executing continuous improvement strategies.
