About the Role
As the Payroll & Benefits Administration Manager, you will manage payroll processing for over 500 team members, ensuring compliance with tax and labor laws, and oversee benefits administration including health and wellness programs. You will collaborate with Finance and vendors to enhance the team member experience and implement best practices in payroll and benefits management.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- 3+ years of progressive payroll experience.
- 3+ years of benefits administration experience.
Preferred:
- Expertise in ADP Workforce Now and UKG.
- Strong working knowledge of payroll tax laws and benefits regulations.
