Summary
Enstall Nederland & België is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Manager to join their team in North Andover, MA. The role involves overseeing and optimizing payroll operations, ensuring precise and timely disbursement of expenses and taxes.
About the Role
As a Payroll & Benefits Manager, you will manage payroll transactions, rectify and approve timekeeping, process payroll for multiple business units, validate HRIS entries, coordinate with auditors, maintain payroll records, resolve payroll-related issues, and collaborate with HR and Finance teams. You will also serve as the primary contact for the 401K Third Party Administrator and manage benefit enrollment issues.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in payroll processing with a multi-state, mid-sized organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Preferred:
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or other relevant certification.
- Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now.
- Knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
- International (Canada and Mexico) payroll experience.
