About the Role
As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for processing multi-state bi-weekly payroll for over 2,500 employees, ensuring accurate payroll updates, and maintaining compliance with payroll laws. You will also reconcile payroll with the general ledger, facilitate audits, and manage employee benefits filing systems.
About You
Required:
- Two or more years of experience in a Payroll position or a similar Accounting-related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Preferred:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
- CPP or other payroll-related certifications.
