Komatsu is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their Total Rewards team in Milwaukee, WI. The role involves supporting payroll administration and working cross-functionally with human resources and benefits.
About the Role
As a Payroll Administrator, you will confirm data changes for employee records, compute wage and overtime payments, process payroll deductions, and ensure compliance with labor regulations. You will also analyze payroll data for accuracy and maintain relationships with HR and Employee Benefits teams.
About You
Required:
High-school diploma (or equivalent) required.
0-3 years of experience in Human Resources or Finance.
Preferred:
Associates level degree.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic Excel skills with a willingness to learn advanced skills.
