- Proven experience in payroll processing (2+ years preferred).

- Knowledge of current HR federal and state laws and regulations.
- Experience with HRIS, ERP, and/or database systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Experience with a manufacturing company.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive situations.
