About the Role

As a Payroll and Benefits Manager, you will manage a small team responsible for processing accurate and timely multi-state payrolls for over 2000 employees. Your responsibilities will include developing new policies, resolving payroll issues, collaborating with internal departments, managing benefits administration, and preparing payroll reports. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining knowledge of current reporting requirements.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience with a large payroll software.
Six plus (6+) years of experience in multi-state payroll.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with a high level of proficiency in Excel.
Exceptional verbal and written communication and customer care skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of Payroll best practices and related laws and regulations.

Preferred:

Certified Payroll Manager and/or Certified Payroll Professional.
