About the Role
As a Payroll, Benefits, and HRIS Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations, overseeing employee benefits programs, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining HR systems data integrity, and preparing internal HR reports. You will also serve as a point of contact for employee 401(k) inquiries and coordinate employee education sessions.
About You
Required:
- 3–5 years of experience in payroll, benefits administration, or HR operations, ideally in a professional services or financial services environment.
- Working knowledge of payroll systems and HRIS tools (Paylocity, ADP, or similar).
- Strong understanding of payroll, benefits, and employment compliance.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data integrity.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.
