About the Role
As a Payroll Consultant, you will evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of payroll processes, identify potential improvements, and provide recommendations for system optimization. Your responsibilities will include assessing the current payroll system, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations, identifying optimization opportunities, checking data integrity, reporting findings, liaising with internal teams, and providing guidance on implementation if applicable.
About You
Required:
- Proven experience as a payroll consultant or in a similar payroll systems assessment role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, payroll processing, tax regulations, and labor laws.
- Familiarity with various payroll platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday, UKG, etc.).
- Ability to quickly understand and assess complex payroll systems and processes.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a short-term project environment.
