About the Role
As a Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for running accurate and timely multi-state payroll, administering benefits programs, and partnering with Finance and HR to ensure compliance and strong internal controls. You will also improve payroll processes and serve as the main point of contact for payroll and benefits inquiries.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of payroll and benefits experience.
- Strong multi-state payroll and compliance knowledge.
- Experience with internal controls and audits.
- Proficiency with payroll/HR systems and Excel.
Preferred:
- Detail-oriented, service-minded, and great communicator.
