About the Role
As a Payroll Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to client inquiries regarding payroll and benefits products, assisting with payroll processing and tax issues, providing consultative support, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues. You will also work on complex projects and ensure timely communication regarding updates and changes.
About You
Required:
- At least two years of experience in a related field, or military experience.
- Ability to work in a metrics-driven call center environment.
Preferred:
- High-level payroll knowledge, including skills for processing client payrolls.
- Basic knowledge of payroll tax principles and wage and hour laws.
