About the Role
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing end-to-end payroll for multiple locations, maintaining payroll records, ensuring compliance with payroll laws, collaborating with HR and Finance teams, handling payroll inquiries, preparing payroll reports, and staying updated with payroll legislation.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a multi-state environment.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with payroll software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
