About the Role
As a Payroll Support Associate, you will assist in the preparation and processing of payroll documents, maintain accurate payroll records, ensure compliance with payroll regulations, respond to employee inquiries, assist with new hire payroll setup, generate payroll reports, support audits, and collaborate with partners to resolve discrepancies while maintaining confidentiality.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years in payroll administration, HR, or a related field.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g. UKG, Dayforce) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Google applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of payroll confidentiality and data protection policies.
Preferred:
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Great phone and customer service skills.
