About the Role
As a PB Mold/Master Finish Technician, you will be responsible for wet/dry sanding master/mold surfaces, identifying surface defects, and preparing molds for spraying. You will maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace, conduct routine maintenance on equipment, and train junior staff. Safety and quality adherence are paramount in this role, and you will work on various special projects as needed.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- General knowledge of required power tools and ability to execute top quality work.
- Ability to pass strength/stress test and drug/alcohol screening.
Preferred:
- 1-3 months of related experience or training.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
- Experience with quality assurance equipment and surface inspection techniques.
