About the Role

As a PC Producer, you will be responsible for prospecting, developing, proposing, and binding new business. You will actively pursue new customer prospects through telemarketing, networking, and personal referrals, while also renewing existing customers annually. Your duties will include maintaining documentation for customers, overseeing new customer accounts, driving cross-selling strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and attending training sessions to enhance your skills.

About You

Required:

Active Property & Casualty license, or willingness to obtain within sixty days.
Bachelor’s Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years’ B2B sales experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

Acceptable results of a Motor Vehicle Record and maintenance of minimum acceptable insurance coverages.
