About You
- High School Diploma/GED or higher.
- Two years of experience in Information Technology in a relevant environment.
- Experience with configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft PCs.
- Ability to configure, deploy, install, migrate, order, patch, replace, support, and triage site infrastructure including workstations, laptops, tablets, printers, servers, and networking.
- Experience with VMware and Windows OS.
- Familiarity with Office suites.
