About the Role
As a PCA/CNA, you will assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. You will help with meal planning and preparation, provide companionship and emotional support, assist with light housekeeping tasks, accompany clients to appointments, keep detailed records of services provided, adhere to safety protocols, and participate in ongoing training.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be a PCA OR CNA.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with elderly or disabled individuals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and caring demeanor.
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Clean background check and drug screening.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if needed.
