- 1+ years of experience in hardware and/or simple optics assembly type activities.
- Ability to read, write and perform basic math.
- Ability to use hand tools and associated devices to manufacture PCBs and other electronic assemblies.
- Effective communication, both verbal and written.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to identify electronic components and solder non-conformance.
