About the Role
As a Youth Corps Crew Leader, you will co-lead crews of youth aged 14-18 in outdoor projects that benefit the community. Your responsibilities will include implementing timber stand improvements, maintaining trails, supporting invasive species removal, and leading environmental education. You will gain experience in team management and conservation practices while mentoring youth and promoting teamwork.
About You
Required:
- Some college education.
- Ability to work outdoors and engage with youth.
Preferred:
- Experience in environmental education or conservation.
- Skills in teaching, teamwork, and general outdoor skills.
