- High School Graduate or equivalent related experience.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, wire run lists, bills of material and shop orders.
- Understanding of proper crimping and stripping methods.
- Previous manufacturing experience.
- Willingness to work in accordance with Lean methods and practices.
- Willingness to participate in continual training and assist in training other employees.
