About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, performing glucometry and EKGs, and collecting intake/output data. You will also handle indirect patient care tasks such as transporting patients and restocking supplies. Your role will require timely responses to patient and family needs while adhering to hospital policies and standards.
About You
Required:
- High School Graduate or equivalent required.
- Certification as a nursing assistant.
- BLS certification required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written English.
Preferred:
- Good organizational skills and personal maturity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.
- Ability to perform simple math calculations.
- Commitment to customer relations and continuous quality improvement.
