About You
Required:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Customer service experience with a strong focus on providing exceptional service.
Preferred:
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
