State of Oklahoma is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team in Oklahoma City, OK. The role involves providing operational support for the information systems of the Administrative Office of the Courts and ensuring successful Agile project delivery.
About the Role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will analyze and elicit court business requirements, produce business and functional specifications, and document business scenarios. You will work closely with court staff and cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication of Appellate and District Court processes. Your responsibilities will include managing the product backlog, conducting training sessions, and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You will also engage stakeholders to define business goals and elicit requirements for multiple projects.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
5+ years of relevant software business analyst experience.
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
Preferred:
Experience with court operations and business processes.
Accounting background.
Knowledge in court processes.
Strong experience with source control systems (MS Azure DevOps).
ITIL and Agile certification(s).
DevOps experience.
