About the Role
As a Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for delivering individualized nursing care to children in their homes. You will work autonomously while being supported by a clinical team, following established care plans, and adhering to clinical and office policies. Your role will also involve taking direction from registered nurses and ensuring the well-being of your patients.
About You
Required:
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License.
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF).
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online).
- Valid driver's license.
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train.
